Sausage & Spinach Soup

  
Zuppa Salsiccia e Spinaci

What you need:

1 lb sweet italian sausage, loose or taken out of casing

8 cups broth (chicken, vegetable, or water)

2 cloves garlic, minced

5-8oz baby spinach

1 cup uncooked orzo pasta

Parmesan

What you do:

1. Brown sausage in deep pot (stockpot, dutch oven) with minced garlic.

2. Add 8 cups of liquid, bring to a light boil

3. Add orzo pasta and cook on medium for 10-15 minutes.

4. Add Spinach, cook for 2-3 more minutes.

Serve with fresh Parmesan. Enjoy
